The Tibiao Fish Spa Co. is offering the most affordable fish spa in the world – the rates range from PhP20 for first 10 minutes plus PhP2 per minute thereafter – and discounted rates for students at PhP10 for first 10 minutes and PhP1 per minute thereafter. The spa services open from 8am-10pm.
Tibiao Fish Spa utilizes live conditioned local fishes to exfoliate, rejuvenate, and relax the tired and weary feet by allowing them to nibble on dead skin cells, calluses, and cuticles, explains its founder Flord Nicson J. Calawag.

From Iloilo City, at the Molo Terminal, buses and vans plying the Iloilo-Caticlan or Iloilo-Culasi or Iloilo-Libertad route are available and drive you directly to Tibiao, some 3-4 hour drive or 172-km from Iloilo City .
Tibiao Fish Spa is situated at Barangay (village) Calawgan on the right side of the national highway, just some meters after the municipal cemetery.
Tibiao is only an hour-and-a-half drive or 82.6-km away from the Godofredo P. Ramos Airport ( Caticlan International Airport ) near Boracay, Aklan where there are dozens of daily flights from capital Manila and Cebu City .
From the Boracay gateway, Tibiao is just 2-3 hour drive or 93-km from Caticlan terminal where buses and vans plying the Iloilo via San Jose route can take you directly to Tibiao.
