Meet the 18-year old Ilongga cosplayer lass who’s luckily chosen as one of the most-coveted 16 housemates of the popular reality show Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Teen Edition 4.

Myrtle Abigail Sarrosa (Born Dec. 7, 1994), fondly called as Myrtle Gail, is also a model, UP Visayas Accountancy student, anime and manga otaku, singer, performer, actress and politician being the SK Federation president of Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo.

Myrtle is an ever-transforming beauty as she gives life to lively characters with shining hairs and bright costumes as colorful as the rainbow.

Cosplay what?

Short for “costume play,” Cosplay is a type of performance art in which participants don costumes and accessories to represent a specific character or idea. Favorite sources include manga and anime, comic books, video games and films – any entity from the real or virtual world that lends itself to dramatic interpretation may be taken up as a subject, Wikipedia notes.

Myrtle takes pride in studying in UPV: “Only one out of 10 students get the chance to go to school here. Not even my High School Valedictorian or anyone in my batch was able to acquire such privilege to go to UPV.”

She’s also a big football fan as her hometown is touted the football capital of the Philippines. As SK Municipal Federation President, Myrtle wants to promote the town’s goal on sports development especially among the youth.
